I can line edit your manuscript and offer developmental suggestions for improvement. Together, these line and developmental edits strengthen your article’s readability, argument, flow, and conformity to journal or conference submission guidelines.
Manuscript must be under 10,000 words (not including references) and in Microsoft Word format
Developmental feedback includes at least 500 words of developmental feedback to improve your article’s argument, structure, and tone
Manuscript must be content complete, free of “notes to self,” and written in American or British English
If desired, length of academic manuscripts can typically be reduced by 10–15% during the editing process
This service does not include editing references, conversion from one style to another (e.g., APA to CMOS), indexing, or other additional services
Additional information about your concerns and goals for the manuscript will be collected in an intake survey at time of payment
Full Academic Article edits are typically completed within two weeks of payment, subject to current working schedule
